Grace WillertonI believe that everyone should find a career that they enjoy, that is worth their time and effort. By working through a career-planning process, I can help you discover what careers might fit you best, select a relevant major, and identify other opportunities to develop your career preparation. My area of focus is on self-exploration (interests, personality, career values, goals, strengths, etc.). I am certified to offer the Myers-Briggs personality and Strong Interest inventories. Once you have the words to describe yourself and what you’re looking for, then you can find matching career paths. My professional experience lies in K-12 education, along with years of networking with local businesses and National Laboratory employees in Los Alamos. |

I come to Career Services from a work-based learning perspective, encouraging students
to participate in various internships and job shadowing opportunities. I don’t want to see students waste time and money getting a degree that they later

the myriad of options available to them, many of which they don’t even know about
yet. I have a professional background in Nonprofit Management and |

My approach to helping someone decide on a career path is to talk with them about their strengths and interests. I make some use of the self-assessments found on O*Net, but my main objective is to listen to your stories and help you think through what you really want to achieve. I have experience in a variety of fields, having worked for four or more years in as a teacher in secondary education; adjunct and continuing education instructor, academic advisor in post-secondary education; cook and baker; and airline customer service, technical support, and instructional design. |

Coco RaeI take a holistic approach to career advising, seeking to understand your interests, experiences, and goals, and I will work to support you in your exploration of possible educational and career paths. I particularly enjoy helping build and edit resumes and cover letters. I have a professional background in several fields, primarily secondary and post-secondary education, but also in service industries, tourism, outdoor recreation, and manual labor. |
