Community Internship Collaboration

The Community Internship Collaboration (CIC) is a 60-hour per semester internship program for UNM-LA students based on our philosophy of WORK, EARN, and LEARN. Originally established to fill an employment gap in the community, the program’s goals are to provide meaningful work experiences for students, meet area workforce needs, and to develop the future workforce for our community and the region. We create partnerships with local businesses and encourage them to MENTOR, LEVERAGE, and GROW through our CIC program.
