LOS ALAMOS, N.M. (Aug. 26, 2024) – The University of New Mexico-Los Alamos (UNM-LA) will host its Fall 2024 Welcome Back Day on Thursday, Sept. 5, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Students are invited to visit the tent outside of Building 1 to meet staff members, pick up snacks and UNM-LA swag, and access campus resources. They can also vote for new student government representatives during the event.

Additionally, the Community Internship Collaboration (CIC) Business/Student Meet & Greet luncheon will take place the same day from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., in the Building 2 lecture hall. Students interested in a paid internship will have the opportunity to network with representatives from local businesses and learn about the available internships. Free pizza will be served.
