COVID-19 Symptom Daily Report

UNM-LA employees should be getting an email each day with the message, "Are you intending to come to campus today? If yes, you will be redirected to UNM's daily symptom screening survey, where you may be asked to log in with your UNM netid and password." If you have an appointment to visit campus (or clearance from your supervisor), you must fill out the survey. The email comes from covidscreen@unm.edu.
