Dual Credit for High School Students

The Dual Credit program at UNM-LA is designed to provide high school students with the opportunity to take university-level courses and earn simultaneous academic credit in both college and high school.

Benefits include:

  • Earning high school and college credit at the same time
  • The potential to graduate high school with a certificate
  • Experience with university instruction
  • Preparation for a college major and career field
  • Small classes and personalized attention from faculty
  • Tuition waived for up to two courses per semester
