Marketing Requests: Faculty and staff are to use the UNM-LA service portal in Smartsheets for all marketing requests.
Contact Information in New Website: The new website's directory is pulling from old data in Banner. Would everyone please check their own contact info in the directory, and tell Sascha, unmlahr@unm.edu, about anything that needs correcting.

College Council Membership – The CC bylaws indicate that the term for the CC Chair expires at the end of spring semester 2026. A new chair needs to be chosen by the remaining CC members. A new exempt staff member needs to be chosen for CC prior to the September 2026 CC meeting.

Naming the UNM-LA Buildings
CC FEEDBACK ITEMS
- A question was asked about why LANL employees are provided dedicated parking spaces
in the back parking lot. The parking lot at the rear of our campus belongs to the
Los Alamos school system, not to UNM-LA. UNM-LA has reserved the parking spots at
the front and side of campus for faculty, staff, and handicapped individuals. These
parking lots belong to UNM-LA.
- When does UNM-LA expect to get the results of the LANL Data Sprint?
