About the Program

This degree provides the first two years of study toward a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science or Earth and Planetary science at UNM Albuquerque. The background provided in our classes also prepares you for some technician jobs in environmental testing and remediation. Our small class size and personalized attention builds a strong base for you to succeed in whatever discipline you choose. The hands-on labs and research opportunities prepare you for future classes and exciting jobs in environmental science.
