General Studies

About the Program

The Associate of Applied Science in General Studies is designed to provide you with the opportunity to develop a program of study not available through other UNM Los Alamos programs. Your program of study may reflect either specialized or broad patterns of educational experience.

Most general education courses will articulate to four-year college programs.

Note: Students planning to pursue a particular baccalaureate degree should familiarize themselves with the requirements of the transfer institution and select courses accordingly.
