Pilates

Instruction in the movement to increase balance, core fitness and cardio respiratory endurance. The class will also teach some classical beginning mat exercises. Pilates will help you do whatever you do better, allowing you to build long, lean muscles from the “inside out.” Students should wear comfortable clothing and bring a mat.

Kundalini Yoga: Body, Mind, and Spirit

This class focuses on the Yoga of Awareness for Body, Mind & Spirit. It covers postures, breath techniques, meditation, and deep relaxation. 
Also offered as credit PENP 193 304 (2 cr. hrs.)
Students should wear comfortable clothing.
