Yoga (Beginning Iyengar)

Beginning level yoga in the Iyengar style. Suitable for all levels and ages. No previous yoga experience necessary. The class will focus on flexibility, strength and awareness of the mind, body, breath connection while moving into and out of postures.
No class Jul 6.
Students should wear comfortable clothing and bring a mat and a cotton yoga blanket.

Yoga (Intermediate Iyengar)

Intermediate level yoga in the Iyengar style. Previous yoga is helpful. Students should be in good physical health, but modifications will be made for injury or disability. There will be liberal use of props to help students bring their body into alignment dictated by the poses. All ages welcome.

Students should wear comfortable clothing and bring a mat and a cotton yoga blanket.

Kundalini Yoga: Body, Mind, and Spirit

This class focuses on the Yoga of Awareness for Body, Mind & Spirit. It covers postures, breath techniques, meditation, and deep relaxation.
No class Jul 4.
Also offered as credit PENP 193 300 (1 cr. hr.)
Students should wear comfortable clothing.
